I had an excellent experience working with the contact lens department at the eye center. The staff Ginny Kozak who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I was comfortable with my contact lenses before I left.

Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience easy and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely care about her patients and providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the contact lens department and especially this employee for her exceptional care and dedication.

From the reception desk to the young lady checking me in to Dr. Gwen Miller, all were very friendly and professional. I was impressed and pleased they still worked with high standards since I had been there years before. Great service and care!!

I can’t say enough gratitude I have for Dr Loizos and the center He diagnosed me with a cavernous carotid fistula while other doctors did not Along with his assistant Jaclyn they were very good I met with Elena this past visit and she was very thorough with her exam Also I met Jenny for my contact information and she was very informative
