“Here's the thing, I have a form of alopecia. Treatment has stopped or slow downed my hair loss but it won't grow back. I went to Patsy's at the recommendation of a friend. I was ready to just chop it all off. Patsy talked me down from that step. Actually, we spent more time with her asking me questions and understanding my frustration then the time she took cutting my hair. It was perfect. She is so kind and patient. Obviously, she and the other stylists get along famously. Lots of laughter. Her shop address is on Lorain Road but it is actually behind the building on the corner with access off of West 220 Street.“

“The people who work here are so lovely and helpful. One associate saw me looking for something, noticed it was out and offered to look in the back even though I insisted it was ok. Also, Ban, at the cash register saved me from buying two bottles of conditioner (the shampoo and conditioner bottles are identical). I was so appreciative!
