She does not rush and will see that every brow hair is in the place you want it to be. Since coming to Cleveland 3 years ago I knew I’m super picky with who does with eyebrows and eyelashes and since finding Jenna, I am absolutely obsessed. Her prices are extremely reasonable and should I say way affordable for the work that goes into it! I would definitely recommend coming here for any service! I usually go to professional hairstylist around the city.. they usually ask for appts. Took my kid to get a trim. While I was waiting I decided to get a haircut... and this by far was the best haircut I had in years... they took their time to get it right.... unlike other hairstylist who brush off quickly to catch up with their other appts.

Briana did a great job today! I just met her and she was great! However, I don't expect to pay 31.00 to remove gel polish! Too high. I did need a nail repair, for 5.oo, which is fair, but last time I had gel polish removed here it was 15.00 .

Brad and his crew from A-1 Concrete Construction just finished up our driveway replacement. They were superb! Brad is a true owner-operator, with a skilled crew that truly minded the details. I’m 43 and have moved around a lot in my time. I’ve seen many dentists but none have been as caring or honest as Dr. O’Sullivan! He had to correct the work of a shoddy dentist who made my FRONT TOOTH veneer so poorly that it fell out more than once. (It was Dr. DeVor that is in Lakewood) Dr. O’Sullivan made my front tooth look perfect and ? saved me so much stress and grief. I have referred him to everyone I know. So happy he has taken over the whole dentistry!

What a great vet. My beagle and I went there because he was having problems with his hind legs, he couldn't really control them. Dr. V. Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.
My ragdoll kitten Pudding was neutered and received shots here. They did an excellent job, I couldn't even tell he got neutered because the incision was done so well.
They were very thorough with the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking him home. He received great care here and I thank them for taking such good care of him.

Dr. Raina truly is awesome. He has saved my dogs life twice now! He is very caring and knowledgeable. Our family will forever be grateful for him.
We have a poodle, a poodle mix, and a yorkie mix and are always happy with the services they receive. We previously tried a different groomer and stopped going when they shaved off a chunk of my dog’s skin and didn’t bother to tell us. (Led to vet bills, medication, etc.) We really struggled to find someone we could trust.
We found Lori and have never been happier. She makes sure to meet each dog’s needs. She doesn’t rush to get it over with if a dog is nervous or needs a slower pace. She communicates effectively if she finds something that may need a vet visit, like an ear infection. She always listens to what you want done and can groom them as you request. She does such a great job and we are so happy that we found her. Even the dogs are excited and cooperative when we arrive. They clearly trust her, too. They walk in without hesitation.
