Needed a part on a Saturday afternoon, not only did they have it , but gave me excellent advice on installation, HIGHLY recommended, been in the repair business for 20+ years and would be the only place I would go in the area.

Excellent service from a locally owned business. It feels good that places like this still exist that really want to help and not just make a sale.They didn't have the specific part number I was looking for, but they suggested a way I could purchase the items separately and believe it or not - it was cheaper!! Genuine parts as well, not Amazon or Ebay knockoffs.They set it aside for my wife to pick up and it was seamless. There even was a friendly kitty to say hello when picking up the parts ?.I will be back to keep our 20 year old washer running!!

I do not recommend a Samsung refrigerator, but highly recommend Rapco! Very helpful and pleasant. Took my information and did the recon behind the scenes and called back very quickly with the conclusion.
