Leo's Laundromat is a business that offers laundry services. The staff is known for their friendliness and helpfulness, as they take the time to explain the process to first-time customers and are proud of the quality of their work. The laundromat is popular and often busy, even on weekends and in poor weather. It is a suitable place for washing, and the workers are friendly. However, parents are reminded to keep an eye on their children and ensure they do not treat the laundromat like a playground.
Leon makes this place so warm, welcoming, and pleasant! It's clean, spacious, everything is digitized so no need to worry about quarters (although note that it's not set up for Apple Pay so make sure to bring a credit card, cash or similar). Service is fast and completed with care. People are nice. The vintage nostalgia makes it a cute, fun environment, and it's very comfortable with tables, chairs and padded benches. Wifi equipped. Right across the street from Weber's as an added bonus, where we are about to go try Leon's recommendation for a Higbee's Malt :-)

Update: I usually don’t have too much to do with the workers, but today I do and they are very friendly. I used to come here all the time when I lived in Westpark. Since moving to Parma I still come out here to wash my blankets and towels. I am used to the newer machines now and they work great! It is faster than when they had the old ones. Thanks for your service!
