I came to Strive 4 years ago after doctors told me that the only other option to manage my back pain from my scoliosis was surgery. Carri took the time to create a unique treatment plan for me and offered such a new and fresh perspective that no physical therapist I have been to has ever done before. I can happily say that I am back pain free thanks to Carri :). Carri is so kind, passionate, and innovative, I'm so grateful that I found Strive! The environment at Strive is very positive, uplifting, and welcoming. :)

Before I met Carri, I had been dealing with chronic back pain for 40 years. I went to chiropractors and physical therapists, changed my shoes, my desk, and work-out routines, but nothing worked. I came to accept the pain as part of getting old. Then I learned a new perspective at Strive. I saw first hand how Carri's approach was transforming lives and decided to join. Now, 2 1/2 years later, I am pain free and stronger than ever. Carri is not only knowledgable but truly empathetic and strives to help everyone individually. I cannot recommend her or Strive more highly.

Mrs. Baumbick is just the best for therapy! I came in with knee pain and she helped me to not only fix that, but also made me aware of other things that I needed to strengthen and improve to help my body and movement overall! Over a few months working together, I am now able to exercise and run without pain and also fix daily movements that would were negatively affecting my body without me knowing. I can feel my strength back not only in my knee, but my legs, back and whole body. I am so thankful to be able to work with Mrs. Baumbick because she really cares for your needs and makes sure you understand the exercises and what you are doing to help your body.
