We moved into a newly built condo with a tankless hot water heater that has had a few issues in its short life span. With both issues, Grabill came out immediately to address them (both times over a weekend). The service personnel were so friendly, professional, and were able to quickly address the issues. With this past issue, Scott from Grabill went above and beyond in troubleshooting and fixing the issue, including an outstanding job explaining what he did, with pictures of all the work. Excellent service. Prompt and knowledgeable. Good selection of parts for repairs. Nice showroom with mock-ups using actual parts. They can take care of all your plumbing needs from new construction to fixing broken stuff.
