Peterman Plumbing & Heating is the authorized AEP contractor they tell me for 47 counties in Ohio, and they repair about 10 of these units per week; I know from experience that over 3000 of these units were installed in just the Canton area about 27 years ago; I own a few of them at my rental homes. The guys that Peterman sent were knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and they replaced most of the parts that typically fail in 20+ years of service although only one part was actually defective.
