He had it fixed in no time and he fixed a plumbing problem that I had scheduled for next week. He was exceptionally nice, did great work and respectful of my property. When he gave me my bill, I was very pleased. So if you have plumbing, heating or AC problems, give them a call.”

“I called for a potential outside water leak in my pipes. The owner came hours later, gave me a quote on the spot after assessing the situation. Five days later the job was done. Two young men did the job and were very respectful and worked very hard. Even took their boots off at the door before coming inside. They have a great texting system that lets you know exactly when they arrive and finish the job which I greatly appreciated!<br>I highly recommend this business.”
“I had a sewer line completely blocked and had a foot of standing water in my basement. Alltek came out on a Monday within hours of calling and got my basement drained. They discovered my sewer line was blocked and unable to be repaired due to the location of the line. By Friday I had an entirely new sewer line ran, a sump pit dug and a pump installed, my washer and dryer hookups moved upstairs and a couple other minor issues fixed out of the kindness of their hearts. I can't speak highly enough of Nick and Ben for everything they did to help me out. Alltek and their employees are professional, compassionate, and thorough. If you're in their coverage area and go with another company you're simply making the wrong choice.”

Dave came to the house and we walked into water everywhere because the toilet had froze and half the house was covered in water. He helped shut off all the water lines and was so kind. “A copper pipe under my sink started leaking directly onto an electrical outlet installed under my kitchen sink. After shutting the water off to the sink I gave Washam a call around 5:30 PM and somebody picked up right away. Asked me if I needed it fixed right away (premium pay) or schedule it tomorrow morning. First thing the next day, a tech was there and replaced the old copper pipe with PEX and also replaced the outlet that had water pouring on it. The tech was professional, communicated with me throughout the process, and cleaned up after he was done.”

The reason for that is because they have treated me right every time and the techs that normally visit my location are Derwin and Tim. They treat this building as they're own and they know the ins and outs of this restaurant just as I do. They take they're time to educate me as a general manager on situations that I don't know about so I can better diagnose issues at hand in a better manner in the future. “Last time I called them, he fixed my heat within 5 mins of arriving, after another local company said I needed to replace my entire furnace and air conditioner - just to make the heat work. Cannot say enough praise for an honest company, owner Corey was fantastic, as well as his other guys too. Then they came out today within an hour of my calling them, fixed my super old a/c with some new wires inside and out, Unbelievably quick, courteous, competent, experienced and nice - I wouldn't call anyone else after these repair visits, such a relief. 6 stars across the board.”
