“If you have a heating problem or plumbing call Dotson Plumbing in Cridersville. I just had a young man (Brailon) here to work on my furnace. He had it fixed in no time and he fixed a plumbing problem that I had scheduled for next week. He was exceptionally nice, did great work and respectful of my property. When he gave me my bill, I was very pleased. So if you have plumbing, heating or AC problems, give them a call.”
“From the moment you call the office to when the technicians come out to your home it’s like we are all family - professional amazing manners. I highly recommend this company.
Katie and Rex were the technicians. I just wish more technicians were as polite and professional as they are…..?
Thank you again -I can sleep now at night, knowing that everything was done right ?”
“I called for a potential outside water leak in my pipes. The owner came hours later, gave me a quote on the spot after assessing the situation. Five days later the job was done. Two young men did the job and were very respectful and worked very hard. Even took their boots off at the door before coming inside. They have a great texting system that lets you know exactly when they arrive and finish the job which I greatly appreciated!
I highly recommend this business.”
