“So. Dumb - ME! We've used this company for years and it wasn't until this week's service call where I had my lightbulb moment to write a review of them. DUH ??♀️.While the service they provided was, as always, top-notch (read: timely, efficient, professional...), it was the above-and-beyond service provided in the beginning of 2023 that leaves me feeling completely remiss not reviewing sooner.We discovered our basement flooded two hours before we were due to leave on a scheduled (and paid for) vacation. Long-story short: Tom and Jerry's (and the water restoration company representative) encouraged us to go on our trip. T&J's took care of the sump-pump culprit coordinating with both the house-sitter and water restoration company) in our absence. THAT was both super-appreciated and comforting. We could have asked for absolutely nothing more. Well, okay, we COULD have asked for it to have been gratis... ?Recording the above example, I'm reminded of another. Years ago we hired them to install equipment to more quickly dispense hot water in my parents' home - 70 miles south of their location. Yet another job completed to everyone's satisfaction.T&J's is and has always been a trusted service provider for our plumbing, septic, heating/cooling - and occasional - electrical needs. I'm grateful to have a company and individuals (Mike, Forest, Brian, etc.) so readily available and responsive to the plethora of "major household" needs we've encountered.“
