We called Doug's when getting estimates to switch from electric to gas heat and replace our AC unit as well. Their estimate was the lowest we received and they were excellent with communication and showed up when they said they would. We even had an issue with our new unit, that was no fault of anyone at Doug's, and Mitch came over to our house at 7 on a Monday night to get it running. Definitely recommend their service.
No fluff, no B.S. The dispatcher scheduled an HVAC tech (Chad) for the very next business day, morning I might add AND in the middle of one of the hottest weeks. Chad listened to what my system's symptoms were and immediately went to work. No upsale, no selling parts, just honest opinion and labor. As a Military Retiree, I know B.S. and there was zero with this service call. Hats off to the dispatcher and Chad!

I called for a potential outside water leak in my pipes. The owner came hours later, gave me a quote on the spot after assessing the situation. Five days later the job was done. Two young men did the job and were very respectful and worked very hard. Even took their boots off at the door before coming inside. They have a great texting system that lets you know exactly when they arrive and finish the job which I greatly appreciated!
I highly recommend this business.
