We cannot speak highly enough for Doug’s heating and plumbing!! Our water heater went out and was covered through a rental program with AWHR and they referred us to Doug’s. I was skeptical at first due to the fact that we live in Tiffin, Ohio and Doug’s is in Elida (near Lima), an hour away!! I called on Wednesday morning and they were there Wednesday afternoon!! Noah, the service tech was very polite and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Doug’s to anyone!! They get a 5 star from us!!

Noah and Klarissa from Doug’s Plumbing replaced our hot water heater. They were very efficient with the removal old the unit and installation of the new one. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Doug’s Plumbing.
