Their estimate was the lowest we received and they were excellent with communication and showed up when they said they would. We even had an issue with our new unit, that was no fault of anyone at Doug's, and Mitch came over to our house at 7 on a Monday night to get it running. Definitely recommend their service.”

“A copper pipe under my sink started leaking directly onto an electrical outlet installed under my kitchen sink. After shutting the water off to the sink I gave Washam a call around 5:30 PM and somebody picked up right away. Asked me if I needed it fixed right away (premium pay) or schedule it tomorrow morning. First thing the next day, a tech was there and replaced the old copper pipe with PEX and also replaced the outlet that had water pouring on it. The tech was professional, communicated with me throughout the process, and cleaned up after he was done.”
