“We called Doug's when getting estimates to switch from electric to gas heat and replace our AC unit as well. Their estimate was the lowest we received and they were excellent with communication and showed up when they said they would. We even had an issue with our new unit, that was no fault of anyone at Doug's, and Mitch came over to our house at 7 on a Monday night to get it running. Definitely recommend their service.”
“I was having a hard time finding a company to work with the warranty for an almost new furnace. Candice was helpful and knowledgeable and helped me more than any of the warranty phone calls I had made the previous day. Dave came to the house and we walked into water everywhere because the toilet had froze and half the house was covered in water. He helped shut off all the water lines and was so kind. I’m really thankful for these two people that made the day less stressful.”
