I had a sewer line completely blocked and had a foot of standing water in my basement. Alltek came out on a Monday within hours of calling and got my basement drained. They discovered my sewer line was blocked and unable to be repaired due to the location of the line. By Friday I had an entirely new sewer line ran, a sump pit dug and a pump installed, my washer and dryer hookups moved upstairs and a couple other minor issues fixed out of the kindness of their hearts. Alltek came to our rescue on the SAME DAY we called! Our AC stopped working overnight and by morning temps were creeping upwards toward 80 today inside when we discovered the issue.
Sam came out the very same day..I think we called around noon and they were out by 2. Every other place quoted next week at the earliest; some places were booked out past July, even, so to get SAME DAY to come out, we were so happy and lucky.
I'll be honest, my original pick was unavailable until the 29th, so my wife found Alltek off a Google search; i had not heard of the company before today. We couldn't be more pleased though with our results! Sam did a lot of troubleshooting...read full review
Alltek came to our rescue. We were trying to replace a kitchen faucet in my dad's house and while trying to loose the faucet hose nuts the entire shutoff valve came off and water went everywhere. Of course its 5 p.m. So we shut the main valve off and turned it on when we needed water but next morning they came to the rescue within 2 hours after I called!! 1.5 hours later we had newer pipe installed valves and faucet in place . The cost was a little more than I was hoping to spend but I'd rather update it now then have another expenditure in the future. The tech was Sam and he explained everything to me. Highly recommend!
