Last time I called them, he fixed my heat within 5 mins of arriving, after another local company said I needed to replace my entire furnace and air conditioner - just to make the heat work. Cannot say enough praise for an honest company, owner Corey was fantastic, as well as his other guys too. Then they came out today within an hour of my calling them, fixed my super old a/c with some new wires inside and out, Unbelievably quick, courteous, competent, experienced and nice - I wouldn't call anyone else after these repair visits, such a relief. 6 stars across the board.
My wife and I have dealt with Houston for a lot of years! They have put in new faucets for washing machine, new electrical outlet outside, replaced our sewer line, replaced outside faucets, and most recently replaced our leaking water heater. Corey, Zeb, and Jaime have ALWAYS been very professional, kind, and courteous. We know who to call for prompt service.
These guys are amazing. I was working with another service provider that did not communicate well. Houston was on time, professional and did an amazing job. I will certainly call them for my next job
