My furnace stopped working when it was 0 degrees out and I have 2 toddlers. They had someone over immediately! Dave was very reliable, nice, and figured out what was wrong in no time! I definitely recommend!Service: Heating system maintenance

About a year ago, our heat went out while we were out of town and we came home to 40 degree temps in our house. It was almost 11 PM when I called, and it was in the middle of a bad snow/ice storm. I was blown away someone even answered the phone, let alone promised to get someone out to me that night. Our technician called to let us know he was on his way to a different job almost 30 minutes away, but promised to come get us before he called it a night... He didn't make it to our home until 1 AM and had the head running again before 2. I was so impressed at that kind of service. We got an A/C unit in 2013. We have had nothing but problems with this unit. Every year something was wrong. Got nothing but a hassle from the people making appointments. Just about to give up on this company, but they came through. Dave (superstar)came out ran some test finds out the unit is junk. Mind you it going to be 88 in a few days. My dogs and I aren't happy campers. Wasn't for sure if Amana was going to honor their warranty. Timmermans got a new unit it gets here and find out it's the wrong one. To say the least I was mad. They knew it, they called Amana and amazingly they got the right one here that night. Poor Dave Haynie and Todd Clark knew how mad I was....read full review
