A copper pipe under my sink started leaking directly onto an electrical outlet installed under my kitchen sink. After shutting the water off to the sink I gave Washam a call around 5:30 PM and somebody picked up right away. Asked me if I needed it fixed right away (premium pay) or schedule it tomorrow morning. First thing the next day, a tech was there and replaced the old copper pipe with PEX and also replaced the outlet that had water pouring on it. The tech was professional, communicated with me throughout the process, and cleaned up after he was done.
I cannot brag enough about the prompt service received this week from Washam! Suddenly our water pressure went out with the pressure tank appearing to have the correct pressure and so on. A definite head scratcher for those not familiar with plumbing. I called Washam who sent techs out the following day. The techs that serviced our issue were hard working, attentive, and very respectful all the while not willing to stop until the issue was found- even working until late evening on the multiple issues that were found at our residence. I needed the spout removed from the bathtub. I tried getting it off but it was too tight. I didn't have the tools to do that. So I called this company. I went to Menards and I bought the whole kit. Shower head, turn know and spout so everything would be there to be used. The plumbers said that they could get a spout and I could return what I bought. Said it would be a quick fix and it would save me money. The plumbers had to fix the tubing because it was bent. They said that's the reason why I had a hard time getting it off.
