A copper pipe under my sink started leaking directly onto an electrical outlet installed under my kitchen sink. After shutting the water off to the sink I gave Washam a call around 5:30 PM and somebody picked up right away. Asked me if I needed it fixed right away (premium pay) or schedule it tomorrow morning. First thing the next day, a tech was there and replaced the old copper pipe with PEX and also replaced the outlet that had water pouring on it. The tech was professional, communicated with me throughout the process, and cleaned up after he was done.
I cannot brag enough about the prompt service received this week from Washam! Suddenly our water pressure went out with the pressure tank appearing to have the correct pressure and so on. A definite head scratcher for those not familiar with plumbing. I called Washam who sent techs out the following day. The techs that serviced our issue were hard working, attentive, and very respectful all the while not willing to stop until the issue was found- even working until late evening on the multiple issues that were found at our residence. My son had a pipe burst at his home at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and I called 5 other places and Washam was the only one eho could help ASAP. Jimmie was our tech and he was absolutely the best, getting the issue fixed promptly and giving us ideas to cleanup the water in the carpet. Will definitely use Washam for our plumbing needs if we need too again.
