They discovered my sewer line was blocked and unable to be repaired due to the location of the line. By Friday I had an entirely new sewer line ran, a sump pit dug and a pump installed, my washer and dryer hookups moved upstairs and a couple other minor issues fixed out of the kindness of their hearts.
