When scheduling a service call on our A/C, the company was very respectful of our available time. Nate arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained it to us, and fixed it in a professional and knowledgeable manner. We are very satisfied with our service and plan on calling them for future HVAC needs.

Office staff was pleasant to talk to. They scheduled an appointment with me to service my furnace. Employee showed up at my house the day they was supposed to. very pleasant person that come out to my house. I Had several questions about my furnace the employees seem to be very knowledgeable about the furnace. He was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. that was just a pleasant experience I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing and Heating.
