I had never done business with or even heard of them before, but they said they could respond that morning, and, indeed, they had a plumber to my house before 10:00 AM.
Knowledgeable and skilled, and within a few hours, they had replaced my hot water tank. Communication on-site at my house was very good, letting me know about what was happening next, how long the water would be shut off, etc.
Glad they were able to help me out in a pinch, and I would use them again.”
