Justin was a wonderful tech, operating quickly and friendly, answering questions and giving me fair pricing. Excellent and professional in all capacities, highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.
Jan was also highly professional and open about the expectant pricing. She answered my questions and did not make any run-around comments.
Will be recommending this company to any in NE Ohio who need a tune up or installation. Repaired and recharged the unit at a nice flat rate which was transparent and up-front. There was no misleading or misinformation, they stuck to their word and pricing.
