“I had a great experience with Abby Construction. I needed a lot of work done on my detached garage. Upon doing research, I discovered Abby Construction as one of the possibilities. I saw all of the positive reviews and the A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website, so I figured that I would use them as one of my options for an appraisal. Upon contacting them, Steve (the owner) responded immediately, came to my residence (also immediately), and evaluated the situation. A day later he already had presented an appraisal. Steve was extremely up front, honest, transparent, and informative throughout each stage of the project, and continued that all the way to the conclusion. He was very up front and honest with his pricing. There were never any sudden and/or unexpected additional expenses. This includes pricing that was very reasonable and very much lower than what I anticipated. Steve does everything possible to make it the very most economical for the customer while still doing the most high-quality work. The communication was far better than I could have expected. He kept me very informed throughout. I never had to contact him to try to get status updates. Rather, he kept constant communication with me from beginning to finish. Steve was excellent with explaining each particular step that needed to be done, the building materials, the different crews that would do each part of the project, etc. I can't express enough their professionalism, dependability, kindness, and courteousness.“

“We had a hail storm in the area a few months ago. This led to the equivalent of ambulance chasing from so many companies trying to get our insurance money to do replacements. This ended up with way more working trying to ensure companies were trustworthy and not just out to get the quick buck.

From the beginning, NextGen was great to work with, and that's why we ultimately selected them. Up front, Jon was amazing to work with, and probably a large part of why we went with NextGen. We were amazed by the time and level of detail he took in his inspection process. He took lots of photos and not only walked us through each one to explain what the concern was but also shared them with us for our own records. He seems to always be working, and we were super impressed with him.

The day of the roof replacement went very smoothly. Their team showed up bright and early as they said. The roofing team was friendly and super efficient. They finished everything in about 8 hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I was impressed by the amount of protection they put down and how careful they were to try to get all debris picked up and gone. Brandon Pierce (Quality Control Specialist) was also super helpful the day of. He stopped by and made sure everything was progressing nicely and then came back at the end of the day to inspect the work.

Diagnosed the problem quickly ran up to Home Depot and completed the repair within an hour. He was courteous, professional and diligent with his clean up. If I could give Travis a 10* I would!! Again they showed up on time started the job offered them lunch but they declined and continued working. I found there prices reasonable. The work that this Company does is impeccable! “The Pinzone company was great to work with. The company representative, Nick, visited the site and clearly explained how he would replace a failed support post in our basement. His team of Jay and assistant ‘new’ Nick did an excellent job installing a concrete footer and heavy steel post. The team hung plastic sheeting and also deployed a dust collection system of fans and HEPA filters to minimize the dust created cutting into the concrete floor and mixing fresh concrete. All rubble was taken away and the area was very clean at job completion. I would use Pinzone again.“

“Please note this is a 5 STAR review!! We had Alan arrange for several repairs including a master bath remodel and were extremely happy with the work and the price. When the deck off the master bedroom began to leak we again contacted him. We were assured the work was guaranteed but we certainly didn’t foresee any problems because his work had always been exceptional. Can not describe my dismay when the roof leaked after the first major rain storm causing a portion of the breakfast nook ceiling to collapse. I contacted him very afraid there would be excuses as to why they weren’t responsible. I couldn’t have been more wrong they looked at the roof and identified the problem as a faulty installation of the railing. They removed the railing and fixed the leaking problem and asked me to wait until there had been more storms before replacing the railing and repairing the kitchen ceiling. When they completed the work they actually replaced the railing with a much better one and fixed the ceiling perfectly. One never wants problems with work they have contracted for, however sometimes someone does not do there job correctly which always causes frustration but when you have a contractor who stands behind his work and reputation 100% it certainly alleviates the stress. There was not even the slightest hesitation on Alan’s part that the problem would be totally rectified with no cost to me. So the bottom line is in a perfect world nothing goes wrong but in a not so perfect world it is pretty amazing to have a contractor you can trust 100%!“

“Experienced a very good roofing crew replacing a five year roof done by a company out Chesterland which i will not mention. Understand that company is out of business. For the best. McNulty construction was referred to me by a friend. What I experienced was candor and some good insight. Roofing team, led by Tom provided some reasons why the five your old roof, failed. Poor water guard material around chimney, exterior walls where roof met upper floor. Some other workmanship issues as well. Regardless of who you use, I hope you get some straight forward Info as I did from Scott at Mcnulty construction.“
