Experienced a very good roofing crew replacing a five year roof done by a company out Chesterland which i will not mention. Understand that company is out of business. For the best. McNulty construction was referred to me by a friend. What I experienced was candor and some good insight. Roofing team, led by Tom provided some reasons why the five your old roof, failed. Poor water guard material around chimney, exterior walls where roof met upper floor. Some other workmanship issues as well. Regardless of who you use, I hope you get some straight forward Info as I did from Scott at Mcnulty construction.

McNulty Construction did a great job with our recent detached garage roof replacement. Our garage roof was destroyed during a recent wind storm and we immediately reached out to McNulty. Donna was very helpful and arranged for an estimate to be done the next day! Their price was fair and they were able to complete the job within 5 days of the storm. The crew was kind, professional and did quality work! We will definitely keep McNulty Construction in mind for future projects and recommend them to family & friends!

Had a very positive experience. They gave me a quote and delivered my repair and partial roof replacement within a week. Roofers were courteous and efficient. Was a big job and done in less than a day and a half.
