“We had a hail storm in the area a few months ago. This led to the equivalent of ambulance chasing from so many companies trying to get our insurance money to do replacements. This ended up with way more working trying to ensure companies were trustworthy and not just out to get the quick buck.

From the beginning, NextGen was great to work with, and that's why we ultimately selected them. Up front, Jon was amazing to work with, and probably a large part of why we went with NextGen. We were amazed by the time and level of detail he took in his inspection process. He took lots of photos and not only walked us through each one to explain what the concern was but also shared them with us for our own records. He seems to always be working, and we were super impressed with him.

The day of the roof replacement went very smoothly. Their team showed up bright and early as they said. The roofing team was friendly and super efficient. They finished everything in about 8 hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I was impressed by the amount of protection they put down and how careful they were to try to get all debris picked up and gone. Brandon Pierce (Quality Control Specialist) was also super helpful the day of. He stopped by and made sure everything was progressing nicely and then came back at the end of the day to inspect the work.

“I am overwhelmed by the craftsmanship of this project! I met with Jim, had a seamless, productive meeting in February. He got me on the schedule and he met my budget. Bert came out along with Mason (i believe) and the crew and they got to it! They were very professional and knew exactly what to do and came everyday like clockwork (except for the cold and snowy Tuesday). I'm glad they stayed in! Businesses and service like this needs to mentioned more often in the mainstream. Diagnosed the problem quickly ran up to Home Depot and completed the repair within an hour. He was courteous, professional and diligent with his clean up. If I could give Travis a 10* I would!! “I interacted mostly with Derek. Just a heads up... it doesn't matter what company you use, your bushes and flowers will get messed up. We also had one screen get torn because of debris from the tear-off. But here's what you need to know. Derek went above and beyond... he found out our main culprit for why our roof was in rough shape and since he had some parts in his truck, he added the necessary ventilation for our bathrooms at no additional charge... and nobody beat his price for the tear-off, reroof and the price per sheet of plywood... not even close. And his crew is fast... they had to replace over half of one side of the plywood... 31 sheets to be exact, and they STILL finished in one day. I recommend him for the price, the personal touch and the speed of his crew.“

“DeLauro Remodeling came highly recommended by several friends who have used them for their Remodeling projects. We agreed upon a time and they showed up right on time. Being a Owner of my Business I don't have time to sit and wait or have no show's, which has happened numerous times. We walked thru what I needed and they gave me suggestions that I never thought about or any other Contractor even mentioned. I hired DeLauro Contractors. Was told a 3 day job at the max. Again they showed up on time started the job offered them lunch but they declined and continued working. I found there prices reasonable. The work that this Company does is impeccable! “Please note this is a 5 STAR review!! We had Alan arrange for several repairs including a master bath remodel and were extremely happy with the work and the price. When the deck off the master bedroom began to leak we again contacted him. We were assured the work was guaranteed but we certainly didn’t foresee any problems because his work had always been exceptional. Can not describe my dismay when the roof leaked after the first major rain storm causing a portion of the breakfast nook ceiling to collapse. I contacted him very afraid there would be excuses as to why they weren’t responsible. I couldn’t have been more wrong they looked at the roof and identified the problem as a faulty installation of the railing. They removed the railing and fixed the leaking problem and asked me to wait until there had been more storms before replacing the railing and repairing the kitchen ceiling. When they completed the work they actually replaced the railing with a much better one and fixed the ceiling perfectly. One never wants problems with work they have contracted for, however sometimes someone does not do there job correctly which always causes frustration but when you have a contractor who stands behind his work and reputation 100% it certainly alleviates the stress. There was not even the slightest hesitation on Alan’s part that the problem would be totally rectified with no cost to me. So the bottom line is in a perfect world nothing goes wrong but in a not so perfect world it is pretty amazing to have a contractor you can trust 100%!“
