Our A/C went out and we had Patrick come out to give us a free estimate. Having an 18 year old system, I was prepared for the worst. Patrick was helpful in explaining the difference in our old system and what we would be getting. They were able to send out the two man crew TWO days later (not weeks like other places I called) and we had glorious air conditioning (and heat but we haven’t wanted to turn that on). The crew that put in the new system were polite, friendly and QUICK. I was prepared for a 9 hour day and it only took 6.5! If you need a company that will be straight with you and what you truly need to get your air/heat back in working order, give them a call! You will not be disappointed! Thanks again to the whole crew! We will be singing your praises when it hits 90° again this weekend!

We came home after vacation to a cold house. Flanery came out within an hour to diagnose our problem. Unfortunately for us we needed a new heat pump but they were priced well and they worked on a holiday to get us warm again. I can’t recommend them enough.

My furnace started having issues early Wednesday morning, they were able to come look at it on Thursday and determined it was over 40 years old. They could have put a bandaid on it, but were very honest about a need for a replacement. I thought this would take a few days, but they were ready on Friday to replace it completely. The young men who come out were extremely respectful and even helped keep my cats inside while they went in and out for parts. During and after install, they asked to use my vacuum and cleaned up the whole area, even asking at one point if a spot in my living room was from them. It wasn't, I had been crafting and a few small pieces of paper found their way to the floor. But they would have cleaned it up if I didn't insist it wasn't them. I highly recommend this company. Family owned and operated, and went above and beyond my expectations!
