We have a tech from RN Smith come out to inspect our furnace annually. The office staff is always friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment.Our technician in 2023, Brent, did a thorough inspection. He then sat down with me and explained, in detail, everything that he had done and the condition of the furnace.The service was excellent. I highly recommend RN Smith for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Our furnace stopped working last night and our house temp got down to 45 degrees. We have 2 boys and animals which we got the boys set up at warm house for the night. 5 star heating and cooling who installed the furnace was not able to make it out for over a week. We were recommended by a plumber in Pickerington to call this company and you guys came out within 3 hours. I believe the service tech name was Jason and let me know exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Now lets hope this work is covered by the warranty!!! Will not call anybody else besides R.N Smith. You guys have a customer for life and will have multiple referrals. Thank you guys!!!

All of the above!!!! My wife and I just want to say Thank You for your response to our heat pump concerns a week ago. From the ladies in the office who were so very patient and helpful, to the installers/service personnel, each and everyone a pro!!!!!
