I am a commercial property manager by profession for over 20 years. I have used CHC for all my central Ohio commercial property work for years. Carl is not only knowledgeable but responsive. The quality of work from his shop is superior.Carl spends a lot of time and money investing in technical training for his team. Many technicians currently in the trade in central Ohio have benefited from Carl's expertise and development during their tenure at CHC. I can personally say for my entire life of personally knowing Carl and Jeff and the entire chc crew and staff that they have always been professional towards me and everyone I've seen. I'm not just a employee there I'm also family there.
