Based on that information, I called them. Michelle answered the phone and was very professional and reassuring. Even though it was already in the afternoon, they sent Avery out to inspect things to see what had happened. Avery was very respectful of our property and very thorough in his examination.It was late in the day, but he still took the time to walk me through what had happened and gave me his recommendation. There was no pressure at all to go with their company at any point. After I agreed, he came back the next day and fixed the problem. He once again explained the new system to me along with its operation and verified that everything was working correctly.“
