Dwayne Kilbarger was out this morning to check out our furnace to make sure it was operating properly. He showed up on time, was respectful of our home, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I just bought a house and realized my furnace wasn’t working. They were able to send a tech out the next day, and the problem was resolved by Tuesday after the part had arrived, thankfully.
