Fairfield Heating And Cooling got our furnace up and going in no time at all! They had one visit for diagnosis and a quick visit soon after for the repair work. There was a slight delay because they needed to order a part. Everything was taken care of completely professionally. We would recommend them without any hesitation!
The service technicians came out the same day, it only took an hour or two from when I called. They determined the issue and are waiting on the part.Update:The service tech came out the very next morning after running out for the replacement part first thing that day and now we have heat! My family and I really appreciate that everyone was aware of the upcoming single digit temperatures we are going to be having and made the effort to get the furnace fixed before then. Also, they took the time to see if our furnace was under warranty. (I didn’t have the paperwork from the previous owner.) When the need arises I call Fairfield first.
Your technician was very polite and informative. He took the time to explain what was going on with my heat pump. He ran tests and said all was good, just some issues with extremely cold weather.
