“I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. He cleaned up after himself and gave us what I consider a reasonable price for the work. “Pretty quick response. As a retired plumber, the 2 men that came did a fantastic job. Broken collar on the disposal, snaked the kitchen drain. I just can't get down on the floor anymore so these men worked well together and you can tell they have done this before like surgeons. Decent price and cleaned up well. “Had my ducts cleaned today by Duct Busters, which is a subsidiary of Gene's Refrigeration here in Medina. I've never had my ducts cleaned at any of my houses, so this was the first time. These guys took their time, were thorough, and they did it right. They showed me pictures of mold inside my furnace and dust inside my ducts and dryer vent. I had them clean it all out and sanitize the system. My furnace and A/C is 12 years old and leaking, so I will be replacing it with a more efficient heat pump in the future. For now, however, I got my ducts cleaned to help improve air quality in my house. The workers were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.“

“About three weeks ago, I noticed the temperature rising in my home and called my usual HVAC company. Despite being a long-time customer, they put me off for several days—and then my A/C completely went out on a Sunday when temps were in the 90s. I called again and was told they were too busy.

“Len's went out of their way to ship in the Trane unit we wanted. Scheduled in April and installed unit as promised. The technicians after install never started it up bc it was still cold out.
As the temp increased our Trane is working fantastically. Techs came out to ensure the refrigerant was at the level prescribed. Happy we have the correct tonage for our home. To keep comfortable and keep the humidity in check, don't get one that's too large that will keep going on and off.
