We had S&S Heating, Cooling & Sheet Metal from Hinckley replace our complete HVAC system including furnace, 2-stage AC, and powered Aprilaire humidifier. From estimate to install, everyone was professional, honest and knowledgeable. Installation was clean, they walked me through the thermostat and humidifier controls (Model 60) and answered all my questions. System is super efficient and quiet. Family owned company that's been around since 1989 for a reason. Will be using them for service from now on.

Furnace and AC replacement. I have used S&S for years. They have always provided outstanding service but truly went above and beyond to ensure I had access to air conditioning during some of the hottest days of the summer. Polite, accommodating, great communication, and a willingness to explain elements in laypersons terms. Very glad to have their services!

Had a great experience with the company replacing my furnace and AC unit back in March.
I am specifically leaving this review to give 15/10 stars to the tech (Corbin) who was on my service call yesterday to recharge my AC unit (which I had finally remembered to call and set up). About 2 days before the appointment, my (smart) thermostat was no longer connecting, and the furnace/AC were no longer running- I troubleshot what I could (making sure the breakers weren't popped from the recent storms, etc).
Corbin arrived, expecting to recharge a unit, at the end of his very long work day- and had to then do a full service call, figuring out why the furnace wasn't getting power.… read full review
