Excellent service, prompt, courteous and professional. Our AC condenser was not running, I performed a few cursory checks to rule out the obvious before calling for service. Kyle the technician performed his checks. I mentioned I checked for chewed wires; apparently not well enough. Kyle found one of the wires to the fan had been chewed. Needless to say we had a good laugh. The unit is now ready for the next heat wave. Thank you!
Excellent service! owner of company, Jim, did the work to see if our part was under warranty- which we greatly appreciated! It saved us a lot of money. The workers (kyle and bill) were very professional. They were able to come the next day in a very long cold spell to fix our hot water tank and ck our furnace. We would highly recommend them! Our problem was the hot water tank gas valve control broke. They were able to also do our annual furnace check during this visit!
Thank you to Jim. He came to my rescue last year putting in a water heater and today fixing pipes under my sink. Both times it was nice to have someone do it that new what they were doing. After some bad experiences with other plumbers good to have Jim who knows what he is doing and does a good job.
