Recently moved to Strongsville, and had them install a humidifier, and air scrubber on my HVAC system. Sherri handled the whole process from start to finish like an absolute Pro. She sent me information on several different products, and answered any questions I had in detail until we figured which would be the best choice for my home. I know nothing about HVAC, and she broke everything down for me with great detail, and I never felt like I was being pushed into a more expensive product for an up-sale. My name is Norm Beznoska and I have been a happy Strongsville Heating customer for the past fifteen years. All the Strongsville Heating technicians (and in house employees) have been professional. But one in particular, "Leone" has been exemplary! He always arrives on time, well prepared and helpful. In winter 2022 when our furnace quit twice in cold weather, "Leone" went above & beyond in finding the right switches from another Distributor. We understand he is now retiring and wish he could be "cloned". Thank you Leone' and Strongsville Heating for all your fine years of outstanding, professional service.
