Jim was great! Gene’s was the third company we got an estimate from for installing AC. Jim was the only person to actually measure our rooms and talk us through everything. We have Gene’s coming back tomorrow to install the AC!?

We have always received great service from Gene's. Paul P. was no exception. He was polite, professional and efficient. He answered all of our questions, explained the services completed and the recommendations provided. We needed a repair completed by a plumber and he coordinated that appointment before leaving and was able to get someone to our house that day.

Josh called 20 minutes prior to arriving. He introduced himself & went right to work in our furnace. He explained everything he was doing to Ray. His explanations were clear & consise and helped us understand his recommendations, as well as understanding our furnace & how it ran. He was both professional & friendly and represented Gene's in a wonderful way. We would welcome him into our home anytime.
