He answered the phone right away and discussed a few things to try and troubleshoot over the phone. Unfortunately, I had tried them all to no avail. He told me he was pulling up to another job, however he would be over right after. Not only did he come within a few hours of me calling him on a Saturday, but he fixed the issue, left a tool to fix the issue should it arise again and took less than what he was going to originally charge because he didn't want to leave my dad with no money in his pocket. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. “Can't say enough good things about Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. I've had two sump pumps replaced, and had modifications made so that I am now using the recirculation pump on my tankless hot water system to get hot water, even at the furthest point, much much faster than ever before.
