I've been coming consistently for a few months now, 2-3 times a week. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They will work with your current fitness level and help you to improve! I have so much more energy these days, and I'm better able to manage stress and anxiety. My low back and sciatica pain are GONE. My clothes fit better as well!“

7481 Foster, West Chester“Yesterday was my first time there. If you want to work out for 40-60 minutes this is the place. Has 5 smith machines, abductor/adductor machines, a lot of cardio equipment, and for 15 dls a month there is not much to think about it. I pay more for Netflix to bee seated watching TV.
Give it a try, I was nervous at first but the no judgement sensation is amazing, you see beginners and athletic people and no one is doing ego lifting or making everyone uncomfortable with their noises.

A couple basketball courts, full sized which i enjoy, a huge track for running or walking. Many pools, outdoor, outdoor ages 21+, indoor lap pool, indoor swimming pool. Very very expensive however for all these nice facilities but i feel like it’s worth it.. Will continue to go here for sure. Oh and the workers are very lenient and friendly, but also follow rules and will give you warnings that could lead to being kicked out. act right because they deserve it and shouldn’t have to be all over you because they deserve better then that“

I also take advantage of the tanning booth and sauna!! Personal training with Luis is awesome! He tailors my workouts to my strengths and pushes me to be better! Cheryl's spin classes are the absolute best! She takes the time to know all of us personally and challenges us to be the best versions of ourselves! Her music is so much fun too!!! This is the gym for every person that wants to be serious about their workouts and health without worrying about creeps hitting on you!“
