All the staff was so friendly and caring and they gave us as much time as we needed with her, made her as comfortable as possible (meds, blankie, lots of love from them too) they let us stay through the entire process and made sure we had paw prints for her and a nose boop for my sister. They made the experience as easy as possible for us!!! Thank you all so much for helping us through this process!“

But in the end, the cat was beyond help.Yes, my friend was offered a temp solution to maybe keep her cat going, but she knew thatshe could not make it suffer more.It was a very hard day for her and me as a friendseeing her go through it.Many praises too all the workers and staff atthis animal hospital. I just can not say enoughabout how well the staff handled the whole situation.“
“Heather and Dr. Jazic were the first office to properly diagnose my dog after he suffered from issues for 7 years. Their treatment plan has changed not only my dogs life, but my family's as well. Everyone there was kind, empathetic and most respectful of our leave taking of our almost 19 year old pet. Dr Naomi Salama explained clearly all that was going to happen to our kitty. We were able to get through this most difficult experience with her support. We are grateful for the decades of kitty care we have had with the practice with our two cats. Dr Kuntz is spectacular too. Maria, office manager, was professional and managed the necessary details of a vet's visit during this traumatic experience. We can highly recommend this practice. It has the most important components of care for creatures and their owners, while being highly competent and professional. “Wonderful experience. I have been going here for about a decade now and while it was hard to schedule appointments during Covid (which I hear was the case with most all vets) due to restrictions and everyone at home with nothing to do trying to make appointments, it was no hassle getting my 3 pets in recently this year. I have an anxious senior dog that can work himself into panic attacks/seizures and chili animal care was super accommodating. Joy and Xavier at reception gave my pup time to acclimate and reassured him all is well, a great tech named Sue did the same in the exam room and was very gentle and careful to keep him at ease, and Dr. Dena was amazing;she sat cross-legged on the ground and let him come to her to keep him calm, it was very impressive. I thought everyone went above and beyond while caring for my pets so I would recommend them to anyone looking for that extra caring element especially with senior pets.“
