“I usually don’t make reviews but I feel like this is an exception. I unfortunately had to put down a pet for the first time. Despite how hard it was to say goodbye to my cat, the staff at the Brockport Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my cat and me. Nicole, Courtney, and Dr. Handler were incredibly supportive the entire time. I sincerely appreciate Nicole for staying with me throughout the entire process. I had anticipated feeling pain and terrible feelings (which I did) but I believe that my grieving process has been made easier due to their support. If I decide to have another pet, I will for sure return to the Brockport Animal Hospital.”
