With the vet situation in Rochester being what it is, major waits for appointments, little space at urgent cares, we had to take our cat to Blue Pearl in Buffalo. Since she needed further care, we tried Coldwater. Not only did they fit us in same day, but the attentiveness and expertise of the staff/vet was amazing. Dr. Gonzalez in particular was great. And from the friendly front desk to the cleanliness of the building to the professional care, we felt assured we were in good hands. Kitty is all better now!
Dr.Cooperman has been amazing the whole facility really I trust them with my dogs and their health over anywhere else. They are there for you and your family member. They listen they give all available options and routes they care. Thank you all for all your help and continued help with my Zeus❤️
