My sister, friend and I came in to have our dog put down due to old age. All the staff was so friendly and caring and they gave us as much time as we needed with her, made her as comfortable as possible (meds, blankie, lots of love from them too) they let us stay through the entire process and made sure we had paw prints for her and a nose boop for my sister. They made the experience as easy as possible for us!!! Thank you all so much for helping us through this process!

I’ve been coming to Animal Clinic of East Ave for years. I’ve never had a bad experience; the staff is compassionate, educated and professional. There is one experience I’ve had recently that exemplifies the clinic’s staff, though unfortunately the story begins very sadly.My kitten of only nine months old passed away suddenly at home. It was a horrible experience that I will never forget. My wife and I were with him when he passed, and we made his as comfortable as possible, but the sudden death of such a young and innocent creature was absolutely traumatic. The staff including doctors are all friendly, kind and compassionate. Highly recommend Dr. Orr! She has taken care of my pets since 2001!Update: Dr. Orr is still the BEST! Not only is she knowledgeable in her medical care, she is empathetic both towards animals and humans! We have never felt rushed here. She takes time to answer any questions and I have never left there wondering what everything meant. She is able to explain the care in terms that are easy to understand or if you do know a bit more, she doesn't talk down to you. She meets you wherever you are.
