I usually don’t make reviews but I feel like this is an exception. I unfortunately had to put down a pet for the first time. Despite how hard it was to say goodbye to my cat, the staff at the Brockport Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my cat and me. Nicole, Courtney, and Dr. Handler were incredibly supportive the entire time. I sincerely appreciate Nicole for staying with me throughout the entire process. I had anticipated feeling pain and terrible feelings (which I did) but I believe that my grieving process has been made easier due to their support. If I decide to have another pet, I will for sure return to the Brockport Animal Hospital.
We love Dr. Edwards and the entire staff at BAH!! I've been bringing my pets here for fifteen years and know they are always in excellent care. Stella and Layla may not know it, but they appreciate being healthy and well taken care of thanks to these hard working folks. Every time I have an issue or concern, BAH is always available for a phone consultation, test, or appointment. I appreciate them always making time for us and won't take my girls anywhere else!!

I recently took one of my dogs to Dr Lefler for the first time, it was fine but she didn't really even respond to the concerns I brought up. I usually see Dr Delucia and took one of my other dogs to him 2 days later. He is so thorough and takes the time to explain to me everything he notices and what to look out for when noting things that may become issues in the future. Someone recently asked me for a vet recommendation and I told them Dr Delucia is amazing. The wait times here are often really really long but I don't mind waiting when the staff is all very kind and friendly to my dogs, and they receive quality care.
