Tim from D'Angelo Plumbing came to do annual maintenance on our sump pump and Navien tankless water heater. He quickly identified several problematic issues with the Navien unit, and also clearly explained the corrective course of action needed. Tim's demeanor was entirely professional and courteous, and we were quite satisfied with the service he provided. Highly recommend!
Purchased a new furnace as my 16+ year old one could not have made it another year. I had the best Home Comfort Designer Don Burgio who walked me through the process, took numerous calls and texts answering all my questions and addressing all concerns with transparency, honesty, kindness and patience. Don went over and above his job duties. I also needed new registers as my old ones were gone and the openings were difficult to fit. My installation team technicians Brendan Fien and Josh Cirincione were amazing! They were knowledgeable, personable, thorough, hardworking, kind, patient and got my registers to fit perfectly! No cleanup needed. So sorry about the state of my walkout basement access! The shedded snakeskins, empty mud wasp nests, and spider webs did not faze them! A huge thank you to everyone involved in this process! No anxiety at all! So grateful that Tony Vasta recommended Aire-Serv!

John with Done Right did a great job cleaning our air ducts. His price was more than fair, but beyond that he was professional, courteous and thorough. He came recommended by a family member of mine, and I am so glad I went with him. I would not hesitate to recommend. He is hard working and a pleasure to talk to.
Had a graphics card that I damaged the HDMI port on, had trouble getting anyone local willing to fix it. They took it in, worked hard to source a replacement port (no replacement was available so they found a broken card online and got a donor HDMI port) took a few weeks but considering the circumstances more than reasonable. Recived calls about once a week updating me on the status and the price was fair for the repair. This type of repair work is not something to take for granted and I'm glad to have an option for electronics repair locally that doesn't require shipping and potential damage in the mail.

I live in an apartment complex in Webster and my AC broke down the other day. Our maintenance team looked at it and called Heat and Kool. Today on 8-24-26 Daniel from Heat and Kool came to repair the system and he found the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Daniel was amazing! An outstanding technician and a very pleasant and friendly person to talk to. I appreciate his gifted skills to repair my AC quickly and leave me in such a good mood. Charley and Bill installed a backup power battery system in our home. It was a new product and new technology they hadn’t work with before. They took it on with eagerness and tenacity and saw it through to successful completion.. I will recommend them to anyone that asks for an electrician recommendation.

I go to Heather at this salon and there’s not enough good things I can say about her and the salon itself. She’s so sweet and listens to what you want. I get mine cut all one length which isn’t as easy as it sounds to get it perfect. Her patience and attention to detail leaves me feeling confident every time I leave her chair. Her willingness to accommodate last minute requests is another thing I appreciate. The salon itself is super modern and welcoming. The owner is always chatting even if you’re not the client in her chair. Great job all around ladies ❤

Amazing response to our AC problem a few weeks ago. Came out a few hours after we called and told them our Air conditioning was not working-given that it was almost i0 degrees outside, we needed a quick fix. After looking at our furnace and A/C, he told us both units were 18 yrs old -we've been in the house for 6 yrs, so fixing it was not cost effective and our unit was 80% efficiency. After we agreed on the appropriate size and high efficiency-we scheduled for next day install. They also said that a technician will be coming by later that day to install a portable A/C , at no cost to cool our bedroom for the evening as well as the next day during the install, which was an 8 hour job. Excellent service, professional from start to finish and followed up with us as promised. What also was a pleasant surprise is that they at no time try to sell us stuff we did not need. When finished, they walked me thru everything that was done, answered any questions I had and included a 1 year free check up/cleaning. Could not be more pleased. Love supporting our local businesses as well.

We’ve been bringing our son here since he was 13 months old; he’s now 20 months old. He’s been sitting in the chair all by himself since his second visit, and I give all the credit to Alex! Both Alex and Paul have been absolutely amazing with him and so incredibly patient every step of the way. They know exactly how to make him feel comfortable, and it really shows.
The shop has such a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. We always leave with a great experience and I couldn’t recommend them more, especially for anyone looking for a place to bring their little ones!
Chad and his crew were right on time, walked us through what they were going to do and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy. All of the guys were extremely polite and hard working. We had one tree removed and another large tree trimmed. They cleaned up everything and even put our fence back together. I would recommend them !

Unfortunately we recently had to put our cat down here. However, the staff was amazing through the whole process. The doctor clearly cared about what she does and felt for us. We have been using this vet for years and don't have a single complaint. They are great with customer service and I wouldn't have trusted my cat to get better care anywhere else. Our cat had surgery here a couple years ago, always got in for concerns, and the staff does amazing with everything. When our hearts our ready for another fur baby this will be our go to. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for taking care of our old lady all these years. Thanks for all you do especially the hard stuff. ?

Classic to Modern Nails is a shop you can go to and expect to get what it is that you ask for. All of the employees are amazing because they all care about what they do. You come in during your day and they hope that you get to leave relaxed and feeling better than when you arrived. A salon that truly cares about making their customers feel great, and treat them with their utmost respect and care. Definitely the reason behind all of the returning customers and the relationships built over time.
This Salon in located in comfortable area of dining/shopping, so I love taking my daughter here for a ’Girl's Day' every once in a while.

Tom did a awesome job on my throat tattoo. Works fast and does amazing work. The shop is very clean and a great atmosphere! After getting the work done I wanted to go a little higher and add a little bit to the piece. Tom got me in exactly a week after , spent at least half hour of his time , set up and materials and wasn't going to charge me anything. Great customer service ?
