Unfortunately we recently had to put our cat down here. However, the staff was amazing through the whole process. The doctor clearly cared about what she does and felt for us. We have been using this vet for years and don't have a single complaint. They are great with customer service and I wouldn't have trusted my cat to get better care anywhere else. Our cat had surgery here a couple years ago, always got in for concerns, and the staff does amazing with everything. When our hearts our ready for another fur baby this will be our go to. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for taking care of our old lady all these years. Thanks for all you do especially the hard stuff. 💓

I was sad to learn that they will no longer have urgent vet services. They are always welcoming and understanding. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They have always treated our animals like they were their own pets. I cannot say enough good things.
We've been taking our dog to erie canal for about a year now,and it is very clean,and the atmosphere is very calm,and ALL the workers are very sweet and caring,and are extremely concerned for the animals,I highly recommend this as a forever veterinarian for your furry family member
