“After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! He even came back the next day with a replacement part so we wouldn't run into the same problem in the future. “I was doing some repair work and got in over my head. Long story short: the water supply valve to my new toilet gave way and I had to turn off the water supply to my upstairs bathroom. I literally spent four hours trying to fix the problem,. My wife was not happy. I called Scott (the owner) and he literally dropped everything and came out to my house. This was 6:30 at night with a major snow storm coming in. Scott was at my house within 20 minutes of my call and in less than half an hour he had the problem fixed with a new pipe and valve. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. Cost me $200, but totally worth it. Happy wife. Happy life.“
