“This gym has had a really positive impact on my fitness. The trainers are all readily and happy to assist always and push you to do your best. I truly love the group work outs - I find them more motivating than just going to a regular gym by myself. There’s more of a sense of accountability. Members are friendly and the weight classes are awesome. Eli and Nikki are my absolute favorite trainers.“

“This is an awesome gym with an amazing atmosphere, once I walked in I was greeted by nearly every member of their team introducing themselves including the head coach Sensei John. Sensei John is a very kind person with a wealth of martial arts knowledge who has produced many great coaches and instructors as well as talented fighters. He will take his time to teach u every technique down to the last detail. His fight team is large and talented with tons of well skilled fighters all from different backgrounds who all have different styles so it’s always fresh. He brings in coaches from not only around the country but around the world and every Sunday brings in tons of fighters from different schools and hosts what he calls “spar wars” where you get to train with different guys with different style so it’s always fresh.Striking 101 is an amazing gym whether your goal is to fight or to just get a workout in you will learn how to defend yourself in a fun and challenging way.“

Do you find a regular gym boring? If you answered yes to both the above questions, you should try some kickboxing.Instructor: Hardcore Macro (Mondays) - You can expect a full body intense workout from him.He will train you hard until you can taste iron in the back of your throat. “Honestly the best Pilates studio I’ve been to in more than 20 years of attending classes on and off. So many Pilates classes I’ve attended over the years have felt like light exercise at best, but The Fit In’s are a serious workout that leave your muscles feeling it afterwards (and have even left me sweating one or twice).“
6:30AM - 8PM
101 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn“I have been working with Jake for more than two years now, generally twice a week, to supplement my on-the-bike training for endurance events. Jake has been adaptive to my riding schedule, helping me get the most out of our sessions without exhausting me for upcoming long rides or events. He has even helped me recover from injuries, including a broken ankle and some broken ribs.Jake is knowledgeable about physiology and observant regarding proper form and technique. (I am largely oblivious to what my body is doing, so this is important for me.) His space has everything one needs and is well-lit, comfortable, and clean, though I will say I would often choose different music. In short, Jake has been an integral part of my training. I recommend him highly.“

Open 24 today
755 Ocean Ave, Brooklyn“I've been struggling with reintroducing exercise in my life. As a formal athletic person for the better part of my life -just recently, in the last 5 years, did i stop playing sports/ working out all together- it hasn't been so easy getting back into the routine of it all. Excersise is exhausting. That's where Luffy of PrimeTribe Fitness comes in. Not only is he knowledgeable on the subject of body mechanics and how to properly move and stretch, he makes that shit fun! Besides the cardio part of it, not my favorite part and definitely one of my weak points, I didn't even notice I was working out. I like how he switched circuits between workout, that kept it fresh. I would definitely work out with, and recommend, PrimeTribe Fitness to all who really wanna put in the work to improve their body. Pure energy.“
“Best gym in the whole Rockaway peninsula. Wouldn’t change it for anything in the world“
