108-16 72nd Ave, Forest Hills“Harold is truly the best of the best when it comes to personal training. He’s patient, genuinely motivating, and knows exactly how to help you push past your mental limits. I love how meticulous he is: from dialing in your form to remembering the weights and reps from previous sessions so you’re always progressing. He consistently puts your best interest first. I’ve seen more progress with him in three months than I did in five years anywhere else. Sessions are short & to the point.Super effective with not a moment wasted. I always leave feeling accomplished and looking forward to go back which is so rare with working out. If you're someone with little time and want to see results then Harold is for you!“

1322 Gravesend Neck Rd, Brooklyn“The reason I chose EMS fitness was back pain after a spinal injury. I noticed improvements almost immediately, within the first week of training. A nice bonus was reduced body measurements and improved muscle definition. It’s a great alternative to long hours at the gym. I definitely recommend this place! ❤️“

11149 Lefferts Blvd, South Ozone Park“We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party at the Figure studio space. The space was perfect for the event and conveniently located. We were able to turn the space into a Fourever Magical unicorn space. The kids had a blast with our bouncy house setup and the guest Magician and Face painter. Overall a great time was had by everyone, highly recommend working with Tish.“

I was casually looking through Google Maps and was so happy to see this place is still up and rocking… this remains the best gym I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve got many great memories of my time here! I’ve been to a ton of different gyms since moving back “home” to Australia but have never found a gem like Slope Fitness.I miss this gym so much! Great size, staff and atmosphere. Ahh the hours I spent here were well worth it. Join and you’ll see what I mean!So happy to hear it’s still going strong after all this time:)“
7AM - 10PM
119-40 Metropolitan Ave Suite 105, Queens“I want to start by saying—results don’t lie! I’ve been training at Circle of Trainers for 10 months now, and the transformation I’ve experienced has been nothing short of incredible, thanks to Kirk. From day one, he supported me every step of the way—helping me not just physically, but mentally too, through personalized weight training and smart nutrition guidance.
Before meeting Kirk, I had no idea how to begin my health journey. His instant positivity and motivating energy gave me the courage to commit and trust the process. He believed in me even before I believed in myself.
That first photo marks the beginning of my journey. Month by month, I noticed real changes—my face slimmed down, I lost inches off my waist, my arms became more toned, and I started to feel genuinely good in my body.
The atmosphere at Circle of Trainers is uplifting and supportive—perfect for staying motivated, even on tough days. I can’t recommend this place enough. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without Kirk’s guidance and encouragement.“

9AM - 9PM
175-25 139th Rd, Queens“My wife and I have been clients for over 3 years now. What we love about Jeff, our trainer at Maceus Studios, is his kind, courteous, and patient personality. You meet first Jeff, the kind and decent human being before you meet Jeff, the sculpted trainer. He motivates you with a courteous firmness to strive towards your fitness goal. He keeps himself informed in health and fitness so he can impart the most tailored advice specific for you. Moreover, his fees are very reasonable. He offers two for one packages for couples and training buddies. This not only helps offset the cost, but it provides motivation for you to be more consistent when you have a training partner to go to the gym with you.
The other trainers at the gym reflect Jeff's courtesy and decency even if they have their own personality and training style. But in sum, we have no regrets about joining Maceus Studios. Thanks to Jeff and Maceus Studios, we have become more consistently health and fitness conscious.“

285 Division Ave, Brooklyn“The Best In Town! Training With Him 4 Times A Week. HAVE BEEN SEEING RESULTS! Definitely Recommend“
“I trained with Ira Frank at Atlantis for over 20 years until I recently moved out of state. Ira is a consummate professional and took the time to research, design and implement a training program to address my specific goals and needs. Whenever I had an injury (from other activities of course; e.g., figure skating, bicycling, hiking), Ira would tailor my sessions to aid in recovery and based upon the program of the physical therapist. He even attended one PT session with me (above and beyond!). I credit Ira's training with allowing me to do such extreme activities as hiking the Inca Trail in Peru, the Tiger's Nest in Bhutan, the Alps, etc., well into my 50's. Knowing I get bored easily Ira worked so hard to make every session interesting - constantly adding and changing the exercises. I looked forward to each session as the highlight of my week. I was so sad to leave Ira when I moved. It took some time but I finally found a trainer in my new state who works in a similar manner (he's respectful of and receptive to what I was used to at Atlantis - the very best!). As I am getting older and encountering various common health issues, I can't emphasize how important it is to work with a professional like Ira Frank. I fractured my femur in June. I credit all those years with Ira for allowing me to recuperate quickly and climb temples and Buddha statues in southeast Asia in December! I will always be grateful to Ira Frank and Atlantis for helping me to live life to the fullest.“

166-10 Baisley Blvd Floor 2, Jamaica“If you're looking for a personal trainer, Marlon Evans is your guy. He'll push you past whatever you thought your limits were. I've left every session feeling more confident, motivated and looking forward to the next.“
9AM - 7:30PM
732A Carroll St, Brooklyn“With in minutes of the first class of Yoga For Strong Bones, Jennifer showed me how to sit comfortably crosslegged with multiple props. I told her that I felt my investment was worth it with just that. She made me more aware of holding tension and releasing tension and breathing more effectively. She led us through 12 poses that are alleged, according to the NY Times, to prevent and even reverse osteoporosis. Jennifer brings her own special sauce by reading from a book of Rupi Kaur poems and creating a peaceful space that is calming to the nervous system.I am so appreciative for this amazing group of women that I share this experience with each week!“
6AM - 10PM
1086 Greene Ave 2nd floor, Brooklyn“Best trainer I've worked with - he tailors your workouts based on the physical activities that you do in your spare time, and he tries to promote holistic health unlike trainers that focus on just getting you sweating or lifting the highest number. I learned a lot not just about how to have good form when lifting, but also about stretching, overall habits (breathing/posture), and more. Also he's just a super friendly guy that grew up in the neighborhood; I'd consider him to be a friend as well as my trainer.“
“Pilates is the most supportive and challenging discipline I've come across, and my body craves it. The small classes and tuned-in staff make this a stellar experience“
4:30 - 7:30PM
101 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn“Jake is an incredible trainer. He is not simply a workout buff who started training other workout buffs; he has a serious education in biomechanics and related fields and is a genuine expert who knows how to make sure you get a proper workout. He also is great at tailoring your workout to your particular goal, and adapts as he learns what does and doesn’t work for you. Very grateful to have found him.“
5AM - 11PM
750 Classon Ave, Brooklyn“He’s been really great and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my body and adapting new daily habits.“
6:45AM - 2:45PM
170 S 1st St, Brooklyn“I took a we flow class on Friday at 5:30 PM. The class was pretty full. When you get in, you can hang your coat by the front and there are a lot of lockers as you walk in right across from the lockers, there is a refresh station with deodorant, lotion, dry shampoo, a plastic bag for wet clothing, mints, tissues, face wipes. There’s also a blow dryer. There is a water refill station right before you enter the studio. The studio is a rectangle so there’s one row in the back and one row in the front. I’ve taken a class before in the east village, but never in this studio. I don’t remember much except I love the music, which is why I go and it did not disappoint this time either. the class had the instructor announced positions, which is fine, but I do wish she could’ve demonstrated since I’m not an avid Yogi. You do about three or four different flows and then after you learn one flow, you have three minutes to do it on your own. that part I didn’t really enjoy because sometimes I would forget the sequence and just felt lost. I could’ve done without that part and just had More instruction.“

“Cool gym in Rockaway Beach. The machines crowd the floor a bit, but it is manageable and there is a separate room where one can do floor exercises. No screamers. Lockers and showers available, you bring your own lock and soap. And yes, you can safely drop the soap.“
