“Colleen and Lori at the Target Optical are BOTH OUTSTANDING!!!!! AND they should seriously be rewarded for their, Kindness, Expertise and Patience with me. They were willing (and did) give me OVER 2 hours of their time, I am embarrassed to say! Who does that?! I asked a lot of questions and each one was answered with Kindness, Patience and Expertise that one does NOT find. Dr. Mamoud was Excellent, too, answering all my questions and giving me a clean bill of health. Amen! I feel the people who operate that branch of Target Optical should (really) get a raise (in Salary!) I first tried to go to Walmart for an eye exam. But Target Optical's whole process is more smooth, and comprehensive. It's ALWAYS the people that make the difference, not the product. I WILL be back!“

“This Vision works is the best one I've ever been to. I live about 25 min away and I'd rather go here than the one right behind my complex. The optometrist who did the exam was the sweetest, personable, and explained this that I didn't understand. The fact that they have a machine that takes the place of the eye drops for dilation is awesome. And then your just seen by the doctor so much quicker with they system they have set up to do their part all on telehealth. Everything is so quick and painless and without feeling rushed. I was given all the right information about my copay's and they worked with my insurance and my budget. Highly recommend.“

I'm pretty picky about my frames. The woman who actually ordered my glasses was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she got me the absolute best lenses I could get and my insurance covered so much that I didn't end up having to pay a whole lot. I usually order my glasses online, but I think I'm going to be very happy with my new glasses that their team got me.“

“I’ve been here twice with glasses emergencies. Both times was in and out within 20 minutes with my expectations exceeded. First time glasses were broken, was told by another place that i had to get a jeweler to solder them and that they wouldn’t attempt to help. Again was in and out of walmart with the repair made within 20minutes. Second time my frames were snapped in half. Was told by two other places that they would have to order me frames and that it would be about 2-3 weeks. I was in and out of walmart within 20 minutes again with new frames for $9!! I didn’t need anything special as i have an appt with the VA in 2 weeks but cannot go without seeing for that long. Great customer service!!!“
