I’ve been here twice with glasses emergencies. Both times was in and out within 20 minutes with my expectations exceeded. First time glasses were broken, was told by another place that i had to get a jeweler to solder them and that they wouldn’t attempt to help. Again was in and out of walmart with the repair made within 20minutes. Second time my frames were snapped in half. Was told by two other places that they would have to order me frames and that it would be about 2-3 weeks. I was in and out of walmart within 20 minutes again with new frames for $9!! I didn’t need anything special as i have an appt with the VA in 2 weeks but cannot go without seeing for that...read full review

Great experience! Doctor was so sweet and knowledgeable. Maureen at the front desk was very helpful when checking out! Overall a good experience for my first real check up! Excited to see them next time

The doctors are very good and thorough, very pricey and they don't entertain any discounts or coupons. With COVID I understand a lot of places have short staffing and but no sense in being nasty to people. Plus the variety is too low. You are better off, just getting your prescription from the doctor and tell them you don't want to buy glasses. Then send your prescription to a third party glasses maker online and pay like $50 for prescription glasses rather than spending $500 for bad service and lies they tell you. My glasses were late by 1 month. Yes for $500 I waited 1 month for our glasses. The lady on the phone told me they called me n left a voice mail. No they didn't leave any voicemails.
