Love, love the experience my husband and I had 7/11/26 We were greeted the moment we entered. I had my grandchildren with me and usually don't want to take them in, but yesterday was good we went in and all levels of staff were kind and patient as well as knowledgeable. We were informed of several add on services that we could have if we wanted. The Optometrist Dr Bonanna was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr Bananno cares about our eyes and her exam was thorough my best ever!
I love their selections. Also, the one I went to in Albany, NY across from Colonie Center, has an employee named Marta who is especially helpful in explaining the differences in pricing.
As a senior citizen, that made all the difference for me.
Nancy, Gwen, & Ray customer service was impeccable and amazing. Miss Nancy went above and beyond. I was able to get three pairs of frames one cover two on sale thanks to her amazing idea for my daughter. Who’s very rough on her glasses. Thank you so much for all you guys do.
