My husband called yesterday at 4:30 for an urgent appointment, Mark called back immediately and made an appointment for this morning at 10:50. Check in was smooth, Mike the tech was very pleasant and thorough, as was Dr. Patel. Overall a great visit, everyone very calm and professional.
Extremely accommodating and professional. Every staff member from the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between were all friendly and thorough. They helped us in an urgent situation and I couldn’t be happier.
Albany Eye Associates is the best eye practice I have ever been to. At first I thought not, but with recent developments that they are going to attempt to Prior Authorize the medications I asked for- (instead of Restatis) I feel at ease, even with my dry eye being uncomfortable, painful, and just plainly put: an unbearable situation combined with my eye allergies and other atopic disease's that I have. Dr. Jordan Kassoff, MD is a really good personable doctor and an attentive eye specialist for dry eye disease.
